An internship program provides a nice learning curve for students with little experience of the real world. It also gives student opportunity to reflect on the professional aspects of the internship experience and the skills that were learned. Allow the students and employees to describe the science content of the internship. So we see this form has many advantages and not taking it will also lead to serious problems.
