SIGNATURE: It demands the manual signature of the auditor to make sure that the auditor himself/herself has given this statement.

PLACE OF SIGNATURE: An audit report also records the place where an auditor has given his/her statement.

DATE: And finally, it also tells us about the exact date on which the auditor has given the statement.
